'' WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at ;: the Civic Center in the City of Anahe.im on January 7, 1985, at 1:30 p.m., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Cude, Chapter 18.03, to hear and consider evidence for end against said proposed conditional use permit and to investigate and make fi•:dings and recommendations in connection therewith; and , WHEREAS, said ~ommission, after due inspection, invesl-igation and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. That the proposed u~e is properly one for which a conditional use permit is authorized by Anaheim Municipal Code Section 18.q4.050.010 to wit: To permit on-sale alcoholic beverages ?n a pcoposed restaurant. ~• ~l~hat the hours of operation shall be from 11:00 a.m. ~0 10:00 p.m., pfondays through Fridays. and B:OQ a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays. `. i 3• That the proposed use will not adver~ely afFect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located. - 4. TSat trash storagz areas sha11 be provided and maintained in accordance with approved plans on file with khe Street Maintenance and Sanitation Division. 4• Thet all driveways shall be redesigned to accommodate ten (10) foot radius curb returns as required by the City Tcaffic Engineer. ~• That Lhe subject propErty shall be devclened substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2, 6• That prior to issuance of a building permit, or within a period of one year from the date of this resolution, wt~ichever occurs first, Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above-rnentioned, shall be complied with.
