A kESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIP7G COMMISSION
TBRDIZNATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE PJO 3178
WFiEkL•'AS, on Lecember 1, 1980, Variance No. 3178 was granted under
Resolution No, PC80-215 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to construct a
one-2ot, 22-unit condominium complex with waivers of minimum lot area, maximum
structural height and maximum height on a rectangularly-shaped paccel of land
consisting of approximateiy 1.7 acces, having a frontage of approximately 270
feet cn the south side of Ba1.1 Road, appcoximately 260 feet west of the
centerline of Magnolia Avenue.
WHtREAS, the property owners, Patrick N. ~iucley and Dorothy H. Hurley,
have submitted a letter requesting tecmination of Variance No. 3178 in
satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Reclassification No. 84-85-5
(RS-A-4"s,000 to RM-1200) and Variance No. 3424 (waivers ef maximum structural
height and minimum floor area), granted on September 5, 1984, to construct a
44-unit apartment complex on subject property.
NOW, TNE~ZEPURE, BE IT RESOLVEL that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does heteby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variar.ce N0. 31~8 on
the basis of the foregoing findings.
