A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNZNG COMMISSION
TERh1INATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NO. 3210
wHEREAS, on Apcil 20, 1981, Variance No. 3210 was granted under
Resolution No. PC81-91 bl the AnahPim Planning Commissior, to establish a
23-lot, 22-unit condominium subdivision on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of
land consisting of approximately 1.7 acres, having a frontagc of appcoximately
270 feet on the south side of Ball Road, app~oximately 260 feet west of the
centerline of Magnolia Avenue.
WHEREAS, the applicants, Pat~.ick Ft. Hurley and Dorothy H. Hurley, have
subrtiitted a letter requesting termir~tion of Variance No. 3210 in satisfaction
of a condition of the granting of Reclassification No. 84-85-5 (RS-A-43,000 to
Rbt-1200) and Variance No. 3424 (waivers of r,;aximum structural height and
minimum tloor area), granted on Septem~ec S, 1984, to construct a 44-unit
apartment complex on subject property.
NOH, iHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance No. 3210 on
the basis of the foregoing findings.
