TERFIINATING ALL PRUCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 2U50
Wf1EREAu, on January 28, 1580, Conditional Use PermiE No. 2050 was
grant2d ~nder RPSOlution No. PC80-20 by the Anahcim Planning Commission
to retain a truck repaic facility with wdivers of minimum landscaped
setback and required enclosure of outdoor usQS on a rectangularly-shaped
parcel of land consisting of approximately 0.86 acrN, having a frontage
of approximately 132 feet on the south side of Miraloma Avenue,
approximately 8U0 feet west of the centerline vf Red Gum Street and
further described as 2880 East Pfiraloma Avenue (POmona Truck Electric).
WHEREAS, the property owner, Leonard tlorris, has submitked a letter
requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2050 in that the
truck cepaic facility is no longer on subject prcperty.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE: IT RESOLVED that khe Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection wit!~
Conditi~nal Use Permit No. 7.050 on the basis of the foregoing findin9s.
