WHEREAS, on Novembec 26, ~984, Conditional Use Permit No. 2610 ~uas
yranted under Resolution No. PC84-252 by the Anaheim Planning Commission
to permit a tecreational vehicl~r sales and :epair fa~ility with waivers
of minimum landscaped setback, required fence height and location and
maximum fence height on a irregutariy-shaped parcel of land consisting of
approximately 3 acres located south and west oF the south~est corner of
Ball Ro~u ana Anaheir.~ Boalevard an<i further described as 1221 South
Anaheim Ftoulev,~rd.
WHEkEAS, the ownecs, Nathan Ogints, et a:., has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Conditional r~se Permit No. 2638 in satisfaction
of a contlition of the gcanting of Conditional Use Permit No. 2686,
9ranted on May 13, 1935, to pecmit two (2) drive-tt~raugh restaurants and
an outdoor children's pla7 area on subject property.
tJOW, THEREF'ORE, B~ IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does Fereb.i terminate .11 pcoceedings in connection with
Conditional Use Permit ldo. 2638 on the basis of Lhe foregoing findings.
