A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISS:iON OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
APPROVII~G A TWO-YEAR TIML EXTENSiON FOR VARIANCE N0. 2694
WHEREAS, the Planning Commis>ion of the City of Ar.aheim heretofore
adopted Resolution No. PC75-90 on April 28, 1975 granting permission to retain
outdoor storage uf shippiry containers; and
WHEP,EAS, Condition Pto. 2 of as set forth in Resolution No. PC75-90
provides that said use shall expic=, or otherwise be subject to review for a
possible extension of time, on April 28, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has heretofore filed an app~ication for an
extension of said time limitation or deletion of said time limitation
condition pursuant to the provisions of Section Z8.03.093 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing
on said application on June 10, 1985, at which hearing the Planning Commission
did receive and consider evide~ce, both oral and documentary, relating
t5ereto; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission hereby finds that said use is being
exercised in a manner not detrimental to the particular area and surrounding
land uses, nor to the public peace, health, safety and general welfare.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED by 'che Planning Commission of the
Ci~y of Anaheim that said application for extension of said time limitation is
heceby approved, and that said use is hereby extended to expire or. April 28,
1987.
