A RESOLUTIUN Ot' THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF TNE C.'ZTY OF ANAHEIM
DELETING CONDITION NO. 7 OF RESOLUTION N0. PC82-83 ADOPTED
IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 2326
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of th? Ci.ty of Anaheim heretofore
adopted Resolution No. PC82-93 on May 3, 1982, gcanting permission to retain a
veterinary hospitai; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 7 of as set forkh in Re3olution No. PC82-83
provides that said use sha12 expize, or otherwise be subject to review for a
possible extension of time after one year, on May 3, 1983, if it is found that
the use has not had a detrimental effect on th~r adjac~nt residential
properties; and
WHERLAS, previous extensions of time have heen granted, the last one
expiring on t9ay 3, 2985; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has heretofore filed an application ior a
further extension of said time limitation or for deletion of said time
limitation condition pursuant to the pcovisions of Section 18.03.093 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WNEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearinq
on saitl application on June 10, 1985, at which hearing the Planning Commission
did receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary, relating
tnereto; and
F!HEREAS, the P_'anning Uepactment has received no complaints
:egarding ~hE ;!se nor was any opposition presented at the noticed public
hearing; ar.d
Y~fIEREAS, the Planning Commission hereby finds that deletion of such
time limitation is necessar},~ to permit rea~onable onPr~tion +~n!ler t;:c l,ermit
~:, ~ciyiu~iiy yranted. '
:~OiJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the
City of Anaheim that said application for deletion of said time limitation
condition is hereby approved.
