RESOLUTION N0. PC85-154
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNZNG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AYPROVING A ONE-YEAR TIME EXTENSION i'OR CUNDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1838
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim heretofore
adopted Resolution No. PC78-113 on May 22, 1978 approving permission to
retain a tent camping facility in an existing recreational vehicle park; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 5 of as set forth in Resolution No. PC78-113
provides that said use shall expire, or otherwise be subject to review for a
possible extension of time after one year, on May 22, 1979; and
WHEREAS, previous extensions of time have been granted, the last one
expiting May 22, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has hecetofore filed an application for an
extension of said time limitation or deletion of said time limitation
condition pursuant to the provisions of Section 18.03.093 of the Anaheim
t4unicipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing
on said application on June 10, 1985, at which hearing the Planning Commission
did receive and consider evidance, both oral and documentary, relatina
thereto; and
W;iEREAS, the Planning Commission hereby finds that said use is being
exercised in a manner not detrimental to the particular area and surrounding
land uses, nor to the public peace, i~ealth, safety and general welfare.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE il RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the
City of Anaheim that said application for extension of said time limitation
be, and the same is hereby approved, and that said use is hereby extended to
exoire on rlay 22, 1986.
