PC85-157 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COPIPIISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDZNGS IN CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE N0. 2109 WHEREAS, on August 11, 1969, Variance No. 2109 was granted under Resolution No. PC69-171 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to construct an addition to an existing service station on an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 1.07 acres, located at the southeast corner of La Palma Avenue and Kraemer Boulevard and further. describe9 as 3110 East La Palma Avenue (Carl's Jr. Restaurant). WHEREAS, the general partners, Carl N. Kaccher and Donald Karcher, have submitted a letter requesting termination of Variance No. 2109 in satisfaction of a condition of the gr.anting of Conditional Use Permit No. 2609 to expand a drzve-through restaurant and add an outdoor dining area at J110 East La Pa]ma Avenue. NOW, THEREFORE, Bc^ IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commissicn does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance No, 2109 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
