A RESOLUTION OF TfiE PLANNING CONMISSZON OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
APPROVING A TWO-YEAR TIt9£ EXTENSION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERt4IT N0. 1517
WHEREt,S, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim heretofore
adopted Resolution No. PC75-lU9 on btay 28, 1975 granting permission to
permit a board and care facility for the treatment of alcoholics; and
WHEREAS, Condition PJO. 5 as set forth in Resolution No. PC75-109
provides that said use shall expire, or otherwise be subject to review for a
possible extension oE time after two years on May 28, 1977; and
WHEREAS, previous ext~nsions of time have been gcanted, the last one
expicing Ptay 28, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has h~~retofore filed an application for an
extension of sai.d time limitation or deletion of said time limitation
condition pucsuant to the pcovisions of Section 18.03.093 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code; and
PIHEkEAS, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing
on said application on June 24~ 1985, at which hearing the Planning Commission
did receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary, relating
thereto; and
~9HERET.S, the Planning Commissio~z hereby find~ that said use is being
exercised in a mannez not detrimental to Che particula~ area and su[rounding
land uses, nor to the public peace, hea]th, safety and genecal welfare.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the
City of Anaheim thal said application Eor extension of said time limitation
be, and the same is heceby approved, and that .said use is hereby exter.ded tu
expite en May 28, 1987.
