A RESOLUTIUN OF THB ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING A:.L PkOCEEDINGF, TN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PEF,NIT A7. 2465
WHEREAS, ~n .tuly 25, 19n3, Conditional Use Permit No. 2465 was granted
under Resolution Nu. PC83-130 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to permit a
temporary trailer for a bank on an irregularly-shaped parcel of land
consisting of approximately 0.64 acre located at the scuthwest corner of Ball
Road and Anaheim Boulevard.
Wt1EREAS, Esther Duffy Kasile, the attorney for the property owner, has
submitted a lettec requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2465
in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Conditionai Use Permit No.
2686, to permit two (2) drive-through restaurants and an outdoor childtEns'
play area on subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the pnaneim City 2lanning Commission
does heceby terminate all pcoceedings in conr.ection with Conditional Use
Permit No. 2465 on the baais of the foregoing findings.
