A RESOLUTION OP THG ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TER[~IINATING ALL PROCEEDIIlGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMZT N0. 1055
WHEREAS, on August 26, 1968, Conditional Use Permit No. 1055 was granted
under Resolution No. PC68-263 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to permit
continued repair and servicing of smal.l tractors with waivers of permitted M-Z
uses (retail sales of tractors) and required enclosure of outc7oor display area
on a rectangularly-shaped parcel oi land consisting of approximately 2.4 acres
t~aving a frontage of approximately 288 feet on the south side of Katella
Avenue, and b=ing located approximate.ly 590 feet west of the centerline of
Lewis Streel: and further descr.ibed as 6'LO East Katella Avenue.
WH~REAS, the applicant, Nathan Smooke, Smooke & Sons Znvestment Company,
has submitted a lette~ requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No.
1055 in satisEaction of a condition of. ~he granting of Conditional Use Permit
No. 2698 to permit a trurk sales and service agency and lot with waivers of
required improvement of outdoor storage areas, minimum number of parking
spaces, maximum fence height, and reguired enclosure of outdoor uses.
NUW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE9 that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Condil-ional Gse
Permit ho. 1055 on the basis of the foregoiny findings.
