A RESOLUTION UH THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF TH~ CITY OF' ANAHEIM
DELETING PROVISION N0. 2 OF FESOLUTION NO. PC81-123 ADOPTED
IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERDIIT N0. 2221
WHSREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim her.etofoce
adopted Resolution No. PC81-123 on June 1, 1981 granting permission to
pecmit a lawnmower repair and saw sharpening shop; and
WHE~EAS, Condition No. 2 of as set forth in Resolution No. PC81-.123
provides that said use shall expire, or otherwise be subject to review for a
possible extension of time, on June 1, 1965; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has heretofore filed an application for an
extension of said time limitation or deletion of said time limitation
condi~ion pucsuant to the provisions of Section 18.03.093 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code; and
WHBREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing
on said application on July 8, 1985, at which heacing the Planning Commi~sion
did teceive and ccnsider evidence, both oral and documentary, relating
thereto; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission hereby finds that said permit is
being exercised in a manner not detcimental to the particular area and
surrounding land uses, nor to the public peac:e, health, safety and general
welfare and that deletion of such time limiL•ation is necessary to permit
reasonable operation under the permit as ociginally granted.
NOW, THEREEORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Co~~ission of the
City of A~aheim that said application for deletion of said time Limitation
condition is hereby appr~ved.
