A RESULUTIpN OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CiTY OP ANAHEIN
APPRUViNC AN EXTE:NSION OF TIME FOP, CONDI'PIONAL USE PER6IIT N0. 2090
WHEREps, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim heretofore
adopLed Resolution No. PC80-92 cn June 2, 1980 to permit a public dancing
facility in the ML (jndustrial, Limited) zone; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 5 as set forth in Resolution No. PC80-9Z
Provides that said use shall ex.pire, or otherwise be subject to review for a
Possible extension of time, on .TUr.e 2, 1981; and
SvHEREAS, four (4) previous extensions of time have been granted, the
last expiring Ju~~e 2, 1985; and
WyEkEAS, the permittee has heretofore filed an application for an
extension of said time limitation pursuant to the provisions of Section
18.U3.U93 of the Anaheim Flur,icip:,l Code or deletion of Ccndition No. 5; and
WNEREAS, the Planning Cornmission held a duly noticed public hearing
on said application on July 22, 1°85, at which hearing the Pla~ning Commission
tlid receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary, relating
thP~eto; and
WHEREAS, the Plannin9 Commission hereby finds that said lse is being
exercised in a r~anner not detrimental to the particular area and surcounding
land uses, noc to the public peace, health, safety and ge;,eral welfare.
NOW, THF:RLFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Pianning Commission of the
City of Anaheim that said application for extension of said time limitation
be. and the same is hereby, approved and that said use is hereby extended ko
expire cn June 2, 1986.
THE FOREGOING RESCLUTIUN is signed and approved by me this 22nd day
