A RESOLUTION OF THE ANANETb! CITY PLANNtNG COMMISSION
TERP1[NATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN COP1[SECTTON WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 2376
WHEREAS, on September 2D, 19b2, Cenditional Use Permit No. 237~
granted under Resolution No. PC82-18U by the Anaheim Planning Commissio
permit a private college in an existing school facility with waiver of ~inim.
number of parking spaces on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consiskin~
of aoproximately 7.8 acres, haviny a frontage of approximately 446 feet on the
south side of Ball Road, located approximately 455 feet we~t of the centerline
of Nutwood Street, and further described as 2000 W?st Ball Road, (Key
Elemenrary School).
WEIEREAS, the applicant, Ray t9c6;urtry, Superintendent, Melodyland Schools,
has submitted a lettec requesting termination of Conditional Use Pecmit No.
2376 in satisfaction of a condieion of the granting of Conditional Use Permit
No. 2641 g~anted on January 7, 1985, to retair~ a private educational
institution in an existiny school Pacil.ity with waiver oP minimum number of
pa~king spaces.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planniny Comnission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in cnnnection with Condit±onal Use
Permit No. 2376 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
