GREiNKE, 1011 Laguna Road, P. 0. Bax 1207, iustin, California 92680, oaner, and FLORENTINO MATA, JR., 214 West La Palma Avenue, Anaheim, California 92801, agent fur certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State oE California, described as: LOT 1 OF TRACT 6383, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN HOOK 244, PAGE 48 OF PiISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECOROS OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFOkNTA.
