A RESOLUTION OF THG PLANNING COFIMZSSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DF,'LETItJG FINDING N0. 2 OF RESOLUTION N0. PC82-12 ADOPTED IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIOP7RL USE PERMIT NO. 2293
WEIEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim heretofore
adopted Resolution No. PC82-12 on February II, .1982, approving retention of
an automobile rental agency at the southeast corner oE Manchestec Averue and
Hacboc Boulevard.
WHEREAS, Finding tJO. 2 as set forth in Resolution No. PC82-12
provides that said conditional use permit shall expice on December 31, 1982 or
be subject tc review for possible extensions o° time; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has filed an application for an extension of
said time 1?mitation pursuant to the provisions oE Section 18.03.093 of the
Anaheir~ Mur.icipal. Code or for deletion oE subject Cinding No. 2; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public heacing
on sai.i applicaticn on January 7, 1985, at which hearing the Planning
Commission did receive and consider evidence, both oral and dor.umentary,
relating thereto; and
WHEREAS, no one indicated their presence at said public hEaring in
opposition; and that no correspondence wa~ received in opposition Co subject
petition; and
WHEREAS, the Planniny Commission hereby finds that said use is being
exercised in a manner that is not detrimental to the particular area and
surro~~nding land uses, noe to the public peace, health, safety and general
welfare; and that said condition should, therefore, be deleted.
NOW, THEHEFORE, BE IT RESOI.VED by the Planning Commission of the
City of Anaheim that Finding No. 2 be hereby deleted.
