A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING CD[4MISSION
TERK,INATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTZON WITH
RECLASSIFICATION N0. 83-84•-27 ANll VARIANCE N0. 3395
WHEREAS, on April 30, 1984, Recla~sification No. 83-84-27 was
granted under Resolution No. PC64-83 and Variance No. 3395 wa~ granted under
Resolution No. PC84-84 to reclassify property located on the southeast side of
Imperial Highway from the R5-A-43,OOC(SC) (Residential, Agricultural, Scenic
Corridor Overlay) Zone to the RS-5000(SC) (Residential, Single-Family, Scenic
Corridor Uverlay) Zone L•o construct a 28 lol (25-units plus 3 open s~ace lots)
RS-5000(SC} (Residential, Single-r^amily(SC), Scenic Cocridor Overlay Zone
subdivision with waivers of required lot frontage, minimum building site width
and required locatian and orientation of structures.
WHEREAS, the ~pplicant, Richard N. Hudson, Chaparral Development,
Inc., has submitted a letter request-ing termination of Reclassification No.
83-84-27 and Variance No. 3395 and is proceeding with development of the
property under Reclassification No. 78-79-25 and Conditional C~se Permit No.
1935, approve6 by the Planning Commission on January 29, 1979.
NOL1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with
Reclassification No. 83-84-27 and Variance 3395 on the basis of the foregoing
findings.
