A RESOLUTION OP THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIb1E FOR RESOLUTION N0. PC$0-233 ADOPTED
IN C~NNECTION WITH CONUITIONAL USE PERPIIT N0. 2155
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim heretofore
adopted Resolution No. PC80-233 on December 15, 1980, to permit a church
(Anaheim Hills Community Church) in the ML(SC) Zone.
WEtEREAS, Condition No. 5 as set forth in Resolution No. PC80-233
provides that said use shall expire on December 15, 1983 or be subject to
review for possible extensions of time; and
YJHEREAS, one previous extension of time has been gr.anted, and will
expire on December 15, 1986.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Hills Community Church (currently located on
subject nroperty) is relocating to permanent facilities elsewhece and the
applicant, Vineyard Christian Fellowship, is seekinq to relocate to subject
property on a cemporary basis for a three-year period to run concurrently with
a proposed three-year building lease; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing
on said applica~ion on October 14, 1985, at which hearing the Planning
Commission did receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary,
relating thereto; and
WHLREAS, no one indicated their presence at said public hearing in
opposition; and that ro correspondence was received in opposition to subject
petition; and
WHEREAS, the ~lanning Commission hereby finds that said use is being
exercised in a manner. that is rot detrimental to the particular area and
surrounding land usea, nor to the public peace, health, safety and general
welfare.
