A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSIUN OF THE CITY OF At1AHEIM
APPROV~NG AN EXTENSION OF TTD1E IN CONNECTION
WITH CONDITIUNAL USE PERMIT t70. 2104
WFIEREAS, the Planniny Commission of the City of Anaheim heretofore
adopted Resolution No. PC80-157 on September 2, 19II0, g~anting permission to
[etain a public dance hall; ~xnd
WHEREAS, Condition No. 5 as set forth in Resolution No. PC80-157
provides that sa.id use shall er.pire, or otherwise be subject to ceview for a
possible extension of time, on 5eptembec 2, 1981; and
WHEREAS, p~evious extensions of time have been granted, the last one
expiring Septemher 2, 1985.
WHERENS, the pecnittee has heretofore filed an application for an
extension of said time limitation pursuant to the pcovisions of Section
18.03.093 of the P.naheim Municipal Code; ind
WHEREAS, the Planning Con~ission held a duly noticed public hearing
on said application on October 28, 1985, at bothh oralC1and tdocumentaryg
Commission did receive and consider evidence,
relating the[eto; and
WIiEREAS, the Plannin9 Cotnmission he~eby finds that said use is being
exe~cised in a manner not detrimental to the pattandlgeneral welfarer~ounding
land uses, nor to the public peace, health, safety
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim ttiat said application foc extension of said time limitaL•ion be, and
the same is hereby, approved and that said use is heceby extended to expire on
september 2, 1986.
THE FOREGOING RBSOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 28th day
of October, 1985.
