A RESOLUTIUN OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION AMENDING
RESOLUTION N0. PC85-22, NONC PRO TUNC~ IN CONNECTIOId WITH
RECLASSIFICATZON N0. 84-85-4
WHEREAS, on January 21, 1985, the Anaheim City Planning Commission
granted Reclassification No. 84-85-4, by Resolution No. PC85-22, to reclassify
subject pr~perty from the RS-A-43,OU0(SC) (Residential, Agricultural - Scenic
Corridor Overlay) Zone to the CL(SC) (Commercial, Limited - Scenic Corridor
Overlay) zone, on prope~ty consisting of approximately 4.4 acres located north
and west of the nozthwest corner of La Pzlma Avenue and Imperial Highway; and
WHER~AS, an erroc was made in Condition No. 1 which presently reads:
"1. That a recip:ocal parking and vehicular a:cass easement between
subject property, the savings and loan facility to the southeast
of subject property, and the lumber company to the southwest of
subject property shall be submitted to the Planning Department
and then be transmitted to the City Attotney's Office for review
and approval. The petition_r shall be responsible for filing
and recording the appcoved agreement in the Office of the Orange
County Recorder. Proof of said recoroation shall then be
furnished to t6e Planning Department.'; and
WHEREAS, said Conditior. No. 1 should read as follows:

southeast of subject property, and a vehicular access easement
between subjer.t prope~ty and the lumber company to the southwest
uf subject property shall be submitted to the Planning
nepartment and ~+:en be transmitted to the City Attorney's Office
for review ancl approval. The petitioner shall be responsible
for filing and recording the appruved agreement in the Office of
the Orange County Recorder. Proof of said recordation shall
then ue furnished to the Pianning Depattmenc."
NUW, THEREFORE, B:: IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby amend Resolution L7o. FC85-22, nunc pro tunc, in
connection with Reclassification No. 84-85-4, amending Condition No. 1 to read
as shown above.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 13th day
of November, 1985.
