ELEN,F.PIT WHEREAS, the CiL-y Council of the Czty of Anaheim did adopt, the Anaheim General Plan by xesolur.ion No. 59R-644, showing the generaZ description and exl-ent of possible Euture development ioithin the Cit,}•; and WHL•'REAS, yursuant to a re~~uest from khe property owner. for a General Plan Amendment Study, City staff prepared a General Plan Amendment fer an area consisting of approximately U.6 acr.es located on tne north side of Lincoln Aveni+e, appcoximate~y 74D fe?t we>c o[ thc centerline oi Brookhurst Str~et; and 4iE?EREAS, the Planning Department deemed it appr.opriate, pursuant. to the provisions of the California Environme~~tal Quality AcC, after review of L•iie prono:,al and Initial Study and finding no siynificant er.vironmental i:.^.racC, that a tJegative Uer_laration be approved; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commiss±on did hold a pubiic hearing at the Civic Centec in the City of A,iaheim cn December 9, 1985, at 1:30 p.m„ notice of said public hearing having been dulp given as required by law and in accordanr.e with the provision> of the Anaheim 19unicipal Code, Chapter 16,03, tc~ hea~ and consider evidence for and aga.inst said proposea conditional use permit. and to inve=ti~3ate and n;a;e findings and r.ecommer.dations in connection thetewith; and WFtLREAS, said Conim:ssion, after du~ ins~ection, investigation and sl-udy made ~y itself and i~i it~ behalf, and aftec due considetation of all evidenre and reports offered at said hearing, DOES IiGREBY FIND: 1.
