A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSIOI~ OF THE CITY OF ANANEIM
APPROVING ~XTENSION OF TIME IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE P~RMIT PIU. 1858
WHEREAS, the Planning Commissio~ oE the City of Anaheim herEf.~fore
adopted Resolution No. PC78-126 on June 5, ].?78, granting pecmission to retain
a cat kennel and maintenance and stor.age yard for heavy equipment; and
WHERF,AS, Condition No. 12 as set forth in Resolution No. PC7A-126
provides that said use shali expire, or otFecwise be subject to review for a
possiblA extension of time, on June 5, ].983; and
WttEREAS, the per.mittee has her?tofore filed an application for an
extension of said time .limiLation pursuant co the provisions of Section
18.03.093 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHERzAS, the Plar.ning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing
on said application on Lecember 9, 1985, at which hearing the Planning
Commission did receive and ronsider evidence, both ora.l and documentary,
relat:ing theceto; and
WHEREAS, the P].anring Commission hereby finds that sai.d use is being
exercised in a mar.aec not detrimentai tu the particular ar.ea and surrounding
land uses, nor Lo the public peace, h~atth, sat~ty and yeneral welfare.
NOW, THEREFORE, bE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of Lhe City
of Anahaim tnat said application for extension oE said time limitation be, and
the same is hereby, approved and that said use is hereby extended to expire on
August 9, 1986.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and app~oved by me tnis 9th day of
