A RESOLU7'IUN OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSIOr?
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDZTIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 943
~ WHEREAS, on June 5, 1967, Conditional Use Permit No. 943 was granted
under Resolution No. PC67-120 to establish a parking facility on an
irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 1.0 acre,
.located at the northwest corner of Katella Way and Manchester Avenue, furLher
described as 313 East Katella Way (Carl's Jr. Restaurant).
F~ WHEREAS, the applica.it, Irene Callens Vermeulen, Carl Karcher
y'' Enterprises, has submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use
Permit No. 943 in satisEaction of a condition of the grar.ting of Conditiunal
~ Use Pr.rmit No. 2569
NUW, THCREFORE, BE IT RESULVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission dnes hereby terminate all procendings in connection with
Conditional Use permit No. 943 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE rOREGOING RESOLOTION is signed and approved by me this 21st day
