A RESOLUTION OF T~E PLANNING COMMISSZON OF THE CITY OF ANAHEiM
DELETING CONDITION N0. 3 OF RESOLUTION NU. PC81-61 ADOPTED I[:
CONNECTION WITH CONDITTONAL USE PERMIT N0. 2186
WHERGAS, the Planning Comr.~ission of the City of Anaheim heretofore
adopted Resolution No. PC81-61 on March 23, 1981, approving an au~omobile and
truck wholesaling and reconditioning facility in the ML (Industrial, Limited)
Zone.
WHEREAS, Condition No. 3 as set forth in Resolution No. PC81-61
provides that said use permit shall expire on March 23, 1983 or be subject to
review for possible exten~ions of tim? conditioned upon the use not having had
an adverse affect on the surrounding area; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has filed an application f.or an extension of
said time limitation pursuant to the provisions of Seetion 18.03.093 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code or for deletion of the aforementioned Condition No. 3;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed pub:ic hearing
o^ said application on February 4, 1984, at which hear.ing the Planning
Commission did receive and consider evidence, ooth oral and documentary,
relating thereto; and
WtiEREAS, no one ir.dicated their presence at said p,iblic hearing in
opposition; and that no correspundence was received in opposi~ion to subject
petition; and

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission hereby f:na~ that satd use permit
is being exerciaed in a manner that i:; not detrimental to the pa~-ticular area
and surrounding land uses, nor to the ~ublic peace, health, safety and general
welfare.
NOW, THERL•'FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ylanning Commission of the
~ity oi Anaheim r_hat a two-year extens.ion of ti~e be granted to =xpire on
March 23, 1987.
