A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CZTY PLANNZNG COMMISSION
TERPIINATING ALL PROCEEDZNGS ZN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIZ' N0. 99
WHEREAS, on Februa~y 6, 1961, Conditional Use Permit No. 99 was
granted under Resolution No. 170 - Secies 1960-61 to permit a gasoline service
sl•ation on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximate7.y
0.62 acre located at the northwest corner of Balsam Avenue and East Street,
and further described as 1175 idorth East Street;
WHEREAS, the applicant, Mack Kanbayashi, Anaheim Honda Kawasaki,
has submitted a]etter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 99
in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Conditional Use Permit No.
2548 to permit a motorcycle sales agency on subject prnperty,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ST RESOLVED that the A~~aheim City Planning
Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connectien with
Conditional Use Permit No. 99 on ~he basis of the foreguing findings.
