PC85-43 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANPIING COMMISSZON TERMINATZNG ALL PROCEEDZNGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIOt7AL USE PERMIT N0. 15G1 WHEREAS, on September 3, 1975, Conditional Use Petmi'_ No. 1561 was granted under Resolution No. PC75-184 to permit on-sale beec and wine in an existing coffee siiop on an irregulaely-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 0.78 &cre, havin~ a frontage of approximately 100 feet on the east si~9e of State College Boulevard, and t'urther desccibed as 2112 State College ~~oulevard; and hHER6A5, the applicants, William C and Margaret N. Sangster, property owntrs, have submitted a]etter requesting terminetion of Conditional Use Permit No. 1561 in satisfaction of a condition oi the granting of Conditional Use Permit No. 2611 tc permit a semi-enclosed, drive-through :estaurant on subject propecty. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plannin~ Commissior does hereby ter~inate all proceedings in connection with Conditiorial Use Permit No. 1561 or, the basis of the foregoing findings.
