PCbS-44 A RESnLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMZSSION TERMINATING nLL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 798 WHEREAS, on January 3, 1966, Conditional Use Permit No. 798 was granted under Resolution No. 1894 - Series 1965-66 to permit a coffee shop on an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 0.78 acre, having a frontage of approximately 100 feet on the east ~ide of State College Boulevard, and further described as 2112 South Stata CoZlege Boulevard; and WHEREAS, the applicants, William C and Margaret N. Sanqster, pronerty owners, have submitked a letter reguesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 798 in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Conditional Use Pe:mic No. 2611 to permit a semi-enclosed drive-through restaurant on subject property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit Ne. 798 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
