CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NU. 2641
WHEREAS, on January 7, 1905, th= nnaheim City Planning Commission
granted Conditional Use Permit C:c. "!641 (Resolution No. PC85-04) to retain a
private educational ~n~titution in an existiny public sc.hool facility with
waiver of m~.r.imum number of par.~iny spaces on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of
land uonsisting of appc~~ximately 7.8 acres having a frontaye of approximately
446 feet on the south side of IIall Road, and .fucther described as 2000 West
Ball Road (formerly Key Elementary School); and
WHEREAS, Finding N0. 3 cf xesolution No. PCBS-04 inc:luded Planning
Commission's desire for ~ five (5) year ti~e limiL-; however, said time limit
was inadvertently ummittP~i from the condit=ons; and should be included as an
additional condition *70. 10 to read as fo.llows:
"10. That this conditional use permit is granted for a period of
five (5) years or coterminus with the existing five (5) years
lease on subject property".
NOW, THEREFORE, P°. IT RESOLV~D, that the P.naheim City Planning
Commission daes hereby amend Resolution No. PC85-04, to include the
above-mentioned ron~ition No. 9.
