A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM .^.7.TY PLANNING COMMISSION
TE2MINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS Tv CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE N0. 2535
WHtiREAS, on August 16, 1973, Variance No. 2535 was granted under
Resolution No. PC74-175 to permit waiver of permitted uses tc permit a
motorcycle service and repair shop on an irregularlp-shaped parcel of land
consistiaq of approximately 2.75 acres having a trontage of approximately 185
feet onthe north side of Lincoln Avenue, and fiirther described as 1235 East
Lincoln Avenue.
WHEREAS, the applicant, Ali Ra2i, Lincoln Woods, Ltd., has submitted
' a letter requesting te:minati~n of Variaiice No. 2535 in satisfaction of a

condition of the granting of Reclassification No. 84-85-10 (CL to RM-1200) to
construct a 60-unit apartment complex on subject property.
NOW, THEREFQRE, BE IT RF.SOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby terminate all proceedirgs in connection with Variance
~;' No. 2535 on the hasis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOIPIG RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 20th day
