A RESOLUTIOI~ OF THE ANAHLIM CITY PLANNING COPIMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINCS IN CONNECTION 4~ITH
VARIANCE NOS. 416 AND 458
WHEREAS, on September 6, 1955, Variance No. 416 was granted undec
Resolution No. 36, Series 1955-56, to permit a service sta~:ion and tw~-story
60-unit ~eluxe t~otel on the southeast corner of Hatbor Boulevard and Midway
Drive (Fianchester Avenue); and on December 5, 1955, Variance No. 458 was
granted under Resolution tdo. 84 - Series 1955-56, to permit a motor hotel and
othec improvements on propetty located approximately 300 feet south of Midway
Drive (Manchester Avenue) on the east side of Harbor Boulevard and extending
southecly appcoximately 192 faet; and
WHEREAS, the applicant, Bruce H. Dohcman, President, has submitted
a lettec cequesling termination of Variance Nos. 416 and 458 in satisfaction
of a condition oP the yranting oE Conditional Use Permit No. 2661, granted on
Febcuaty Z0, 1985, to pecmit a 9-story, 80-foot high, 368-room hotel with
acce~socY uses including on-sale of alcoholic beverages on subjeet propecty.
tdOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection witt~ Variance
Nos. 416 and 558 on the basie of the foregoing Eindings.
