WHEREAS, on Pebruary 4, 198:,, the Anaheim City Planning Commission
denied Conditional Use Pecmit No. 2652 (Resolution No. PCF35-•34) to permit a
convenience market with off-sale beer and wine in the RM-1200 (Residential,
Mu].tiple-Family) Zone on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land con~isting of
approximately 0.3 acre located at the southwest corner of Cerritos Avenue and
Walnut Street, and furthec de~cribed as 1200 West Cerritos; and
WHEREAS, Finding No. 7 of Resolution No. PC85-34 indicated a petition
was submitted containing appror.imately 468 signatures in opposition to subject
petitior.er, and the petitions were actually signed by 468 people in favor of the
subject petitiou, and one letter containin9 three (3) signatures was reviewed in
opposition to subject petition.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOL"JED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby amend Finding No. 7 of Resolution N~. PC85-34 to read as fo]lows:
"7. That six persons indicated their presence at said public nearing in
opposition to subject petition and that one leL-ter uontaining three
(3) signatures was received in opposition to subject petition; and
that twenty-two (22) persons indicated thair presence at said
public hearing in favor of subject petition and petitions were
submitted containiny approximately 468 signatures in favor of
subject petition'.
