A RGSOLUTION OF THE ANAHL•'IM CITY PLANDI2NG COMMISSION AMENDING
RESOLUTION N0. PC85-48~ NUNC PRO TUNC, IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PGRMIT N0. 2661
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission gcanted
Conditional Use Permit No. 2661, Resolution No. PC85-46, on February 20,
1985 to permit a 9-story, 78-Eoot high, 368-room hotel with accessory
uses including on-sale of alcoholic beverages with waivers of. maximum
structural height and minimum number of parking spaces on property
consisting of. approximately 6.2 acres, located south and east of the
southeast corner of Manchester Avenue and Harboc Boulevard, and further
described as 1914 and 1460 South tlarbor Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. PC85-48 ;ncorrectly omitted D& D
Develc_ment as part ownec, and D s D Development is part owner and agent;
and
WHSREAS, Finding No. 1 and la and the Environmental Impact
Finding paragraph incorrectly showed the height of the hotel to be
seventy-eight (78) £~et and it should be eighty (80) feet.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Planning
Commission does hereby amend Recolution No. FC85-48 to show D& D as part
owner and agent and Finding No. 1 and Ia and th< Environmental impact
Finding paragraph to show the l~eight of the ho~Pl to be eighty (801 feet.
