A RESOLUTION OE THE ANAHEIM CZTY PLANNING COMMISSTON AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. PC84-203~ NUNC PRO TUNC~ IN CONNECTION WIT.Ft
CONDITIOIdAL USE YERMZT N0. 2623
WHEREAS, on October 1, 1984, the Anaheim City Planning
Commission granted Conditional Use Permit t7o. 2623 to permit a 3-story
business and professional office building on a rectangularly-shaped
parcel of land consisting of approximately 3.9 acres having a fcontage of.
approximately 272 feet on the north side of Orangewood Avenue, and
further described as 2201 East Ocangewood Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Condition Dlo. 12 required execution and recordation of
a covenant within ninety (90) days Erom the date of the Resolution No.
PC84-203; and due to an ecror, Condition No. 16 required compliance with
Condition No. 12 pcior to issuance of a building permit, o[ within a
period of one year from the date of the resolution; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 12 should not have been included in
Condition P~o. 16.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLJED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby amend Resolution No. PC84-203, Condition No. 16,
nunc pro tunc, to read as Eollows:
"16. That prior to issuance of a bailding petmit, or within a
period of one year Erom the date of this resolution,
whichever occurs first, Condition Nos. 1, 2, 8, 9, 10 and
13, above-mentioned, shall be comp=ied with. Extensio~~~
for further time to complete said conditions may be
granted in accordance with Section 18.03.090 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code".
