A RESULUTION OF THE PLANNING COFIMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DENYING AN EXTENSIUN OF TIMG POR CONDITIONAL USE PEkMIT N0. "G132
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim heretofoce
adopted Resolution No. PC80-198 on November 17, 1980, approving Conditional
Use Permit No. 2132; and
WfIL•'REAS, Condition No. 9 of Resolution No. PC80-198 provides that
said use shall expire, or otherwise be subject to review for possible
extensio~s of time after a period of two (2) yeacs oe on November 17, 19R2; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has heretofore file~9 an application for an
extension of said time limitati.on pursuant to the provisions of Section
18.03.093 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WdEREAS, a public hearing before the Planning Commission was
schedu.led for February 20, 1985, and continued to March 3, Fiarch 18 and April
1, 1985, because the petitioner was not present to provide input; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing
on said applica:ion on April 1, 1985, at which hearing the Planning Commission
aid receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary, relating
thereto; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission hereby finds that said use
consisting of a truck repair facility is being exercised in a manner
~etcimental to the particular area and surrounding land uses, and to the
public peace, health, safety and general welfare.
N041, TEiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim that said application for er.tension of said time limitation be, and
the same is hereby, denied and that said use is hereby deemed termir,ated
eFfective April 1, 1985.
