A RESULUTION OC :HE I~NAHEIb1 CZTY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PI20CEEDING5 IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIUNAL USE PERMIT N0. 2546
WHEREAS, ~n March 19, 1964, Conditional U~e Permit No. 2546 was granted
under Resolution No. PC84-49 to permit a 12-story, 190-foot high corunercial
oEfice complex including a semi-enclosed restaurant with on-sale alcoholic
beverages and waiver ot maximum st~uctural hei~ft and minimum structural
setback on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of .~.pproximately
3.8 acres located at the northwest corner of Orangewood Avenue and State
Ccllege boulevard; and
Wf1EREAS, the applicant, Andrew C. SchuEz, Dunn Properties, Inc., has
submitted a letter requesting termination oE Conditional Use Permit r1o. 2546
in saL-isfaction of a condition of the granting of Variance No. 3462, granted
on February 20, 1985, to approve waivers of minimum number of parking spaces
and maximum structural height to construct a 6-story commerciai office
buiiding on subject property.
N04i, THEREFORE, BE IT kESULVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use
Permit No. 2546 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
