consisting oL approximately 6.3 acces, located nocth ot Centier Street
extendi.ny northerly along C~ffman Street and east~rly and ~vesterly along
Cypress Stceet; and
WHE~RFAS, the Planninc~ Department deemed it appropr.iate, pursuant to
the provisions of rI74' California F.nvironmental Quality Act, after review of
Lhe proposal and tnitial Study and ~inding on the basis that there would be
significan~ individual or c~irnulative adverse environmental imparts involved in
th~ proposal requ~.ring an environrnental impact repork; and khat the Negati.ve
Derlaration be denied; and
