public hearing havinq been duly giv~n as required by 1aw and ir~ accordance
with th~: ~rovisior~s oE the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 1A.03, r~o hear and
cons;der evidencE for arir~ against~ ::aid pro~os~~d cunditi~nal use permit and to
investigate and rnake Einding~ and recommendakions in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, aPter due ~nspeci:ion, investigation and
study made by itself and in its behalf, and after. due consideration oE ~11

spaces on a rectangularly-snaped parcel of land consisGinn of approximately
0.41 acre located at the southwest corner ~f La Palma Avenue and Ri~hfield
Road, and addre~ssed as 4150 East La Palma Avenue; and does hereby approve the
Negative Declaratian upon Linding i:hat it has cons:iciered th~ Negative
Declaration together with any comment.s received during th~ public rev~.ew
procPss and ~urther finding on the b~si.s of the initial study and any comments
received thaL• rt~ere is no substant:ial evidence that the proje~t wil:. have a
