exclude Che abave-dQSCribed property from the RS-A-43,000 (Resider~tial~
Agricultur.al) zone and to incorpora~e said described property into the
RM-1200 (Residen~ial, Mu'ltiple-Family) Zone upon the fUllawing canditions
which are hereby found to be a n~c:essary prerequisite to the proposed use o~'
