granted Conditional.Use Permit No. ~957, b,y Resolution No. PC&7-243r to permit
expan;,i.on of a drive-through fast foad restnurailt with waiver~ of minimum
~~ number of parking sp~ces and maximum fence height, subject to cunditions o£
~~,: approval, including Condition No. 8 as fo1'lows:
