an amondment to l:1ae L~nd Use Element of the General Plan proposing a
reclosignation from the currenr. Residential Lok-Medium D~nsi,ty desiqnation to
the Residential Mecliu:n Density designation on ~pproacimarely 1.6 acres lqc:ated
at Lho northeast corner of L~nec•ose Drivo and Wes~ern Avoniie; and further
ciescribed 3s 12'L6, 1234, and 1238 South Western Avenue and 3159 Wes~ Lanerose

Civic Center in the C.ity of Anaheim on July 6, lyf~E, at 1:3U p.m., aotice of
said public hQarinc~ having bc~en duly given as required by law and in
accordancQ with th~ provisions of the An:.h~im Municipal Code, Ctiap~er 1Q.03,
to hoar and consider ~vidance far and again~t said proposed general plar,
amendmenL• and to inv~stiqatp anci make findings and recommenclations in
connec;tion t:~erewith; and
