WHEREAS, the Flanning Commission oL• the City of AnahQim
herota.tare adopted Resoiution No. PC70-14~ on August 1A, 1970, approving
waiver of the roquired six-foot high ma~~nry wall to permit outdaor stiorage
located at 1511 North Miller 5trest; and

WHFREAS, Condition N~. 6 as set forth in Res~luti~n No.
PC70-14~ p~ovides tr.at saicl uso sha11 expire, ur otherwise be subjecL- ta
review f.or possible axtensions of time; and
WHER'EAS, the pQr.mii:tee has heretofore filed an application for
an exten:;ion of ~did time limitation p•ursuant to the provisions ot Section
18. ~3 .093 oL• the Ananc~im Mun.ic:ipal Code; and
WFiFREAS, two previous extensians oi time have been approved,
the last one having expirefl c~n Augus't 20, 1986; and
WHEREAS, the ;?lanning Commassion held a duly n~~iced public
hearing nn said applieation un August 29~.h, 1988, at rahich hearing the
Planning Cornmission did rece:ive ar.,d considor evidence, both oral and
documontary, relating th~ret~; and
WH~RCAS, the P.lanning Commissiu•, r,ereby finds th;.t said permiL
is being exercxsed in a manner n~~ detrimental to ~he particular axea and
surrcunding land uses, nor !:o the public peace, health, saEQty and general
welfar~.
NOW, THEREFORE, bE IT RESOLVED by th~ Planning Commission of
the City of Anaheim tha~. said application f.or extension ot' said time
lim.iLation be, and the same is hereby, approved and that. said ust is hereby
exi:ended rotroact.ively to expire on August 20, 1990.
