YC88-87 on August; 1, Z988, in conn~ction with R~solution No. PC88-212,
amendang the ~egal clescr.iption and th~ condirions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planz~ing Commissioia did receire a. vc~rified
r.equest to add ~ne lot (addre~;sed at 1227 W. Robin S'creet) ta ~he

WHEREAB, Che CS.ty Planning Cor,unissicu did hold a public he~ring at
the Civic Center in the City of Anaheim on August 29, 1988, at I:30 p.m.,
x~otice oE said public hearing having been dvly given as rec~uired by law and iiz
accordanco with Lhe provisioxis of the Ar.aheim Municipal Code, Chapter I.8.03,
to hear and consider evider,ce for and against said proposed afldition to
conditional use permit and to investiga;:e and make findings and
recommeYidations xn connFCtiox~ therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Ccmmission, after due inspection, investigation and
stud~• made by it,eif and in its beYxal£, and aEter due considerati~n of. all
evidence a.nd rsports o:Efered at said hoaring, does fi.nd ~nd determine the
L•o.llovr.inq ~acts:
1. Tbat the proposQd addition to the use i~ properly one for which
a conditipnal use permit is au;Y,orized by Anaheim Municipal Code Section to
add one lat. (addressed at 1^27 N. E?obin 5treet) to a previously approved
"Plannec~ Fesirienti.a.l Developme;it".
