198-foot hiqh, 384-room hr.tel at 201 nlest Y.atella A~enue, by Resolution No. 1~C
88-215; and

~, Cc;,imis~ion gr.anted ResuluL•icn No. PC08-262, amending the conditions oE
ap~roval, nunc oro tunc, since eertain mcdifications made b~ the Planning
Comrnission at thair Public hearing were noL- incorporated ir_.:o the resolution;
and
• YJHEREAS, the condi`~ions of ~pproval as incli~ded in Resolutian Np.
PCBB•-262 did not properly reflect the m~,difications mado by the Plc~nning
Cammission at 1:he public hearing to Condition Nos. 19 and 22 and the
resolution shou~d be amer,ded to replac~a those two conditions of a~,proval as
follows:
"19. That a cash paymer~t snall be ma~1a to the City of AnahQ•im
f~r the cost of cons~ruction of a threQ hundred (300) Eoot
l~ng riqht turn only lane for southbound traCfic to DE3
constructQd at thh in4ersecl•ion of Katell~ Avenue and
Haster Street. Said payment shall be M2de prior to
issuance of 3 building perm.i.C."
