consisting of: a~proximately 0.34 acre located at the southeast corno.r o£ Ball
Road and WesL-ern Avenue, anQ further described as 3179 West Ball Road.

requesting termina*ion of Conditiunal Use Permit No. 1.808 ~o comply with the
conditions of approval oY: Variance No. 3673, appraved by the Planning
CommiSSion on .1uly 20, 1987,
NOW, TFIEREFOk~;, BE IT RESOLGED that the Anaheim City Flanning
Commission does hereby terminate a11 proceedings in connection with
Condi*ional Use Permat No. 1808 on the basis of the torsgoirig findings.
