Government Code Section 65864~ and City of Anaheim Ordznax~ce No. 4377 and
Resolution No. 82R-56S (Procedures Rc~solution), the City has ~:eceiveci an
app],ication fram the develo~er r~questing adopti.on of A~evelopman~ Agreement
No. 88-01 in conner.tion with Gpecific Plan Nc. 88-01; and
~~R~~S, pursuant to the Califorriia Envxronmental Quality A~t,
Environmental Tmpact Repo±-t No, 7,83, with a Statement of Overridix~g
Considera~ions, was certified by the City Cour.c.il on F'ebriiar~; 8, 198E, xn
conjunction with tl~e Spacific Plan apprAV~l and the environmental impacts and
mi.tigation measurPS asso;,iated with the 5yoamore Car.xon Project were addre~ssed
through the certification process; and
