WHGR~AS, the Anaheim City Planning Cammission granted Variance No.
3835 by Resolu~aon No. PC88-23H on Au~ust 29, 1988, to construct a 1-~tory and
2--•~ory, 11-unit condominium complox with waivers of minimum bu:ilding site
~aidth, maximum structural height. permitt:ed encra~~chment into required yards
