prerec~ui~ite t~ the proposed use of the subject praperty i~i order to preserve
the safPty and general welPar~ of the Ci~izens af the City af Anaheim:
1. 'rhat Qrior to issuance o~ a building permit, a txaffic signal
a~sessmeut fe~ equaling the difterence betw~en the ind~usicrial and
commerc3.a1 ~ssessment fees shall be p~+id to the City uf Anaheim in an
amount as es~nblishad by Citp Council reso~ution.
2. That trash storage aruas ahall be provided and maintainad in a location
acce~table to the St;reet Maintenance and Sanita~ian Division and in
accordance with approvod plans ~r~ file witYA said P.zvis.ion.
3. That all air conditioning facilities aud uh.her rouf and groun~ mounte~
e~~uipment shall be propsrly shielded from view.
4. 'That due to the chanq~ in usc~ and~or occug~ncy of the bui.lding, plan3
sliall be submi~~~ad to the Huilding Divis.ion shoWring compliance wi ~h the
