A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 350
WHEREAS, on January 21, 1963, Conditional Use Permit No. 350 was
granted under Resolution No. 613 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to
establish a Girl Scout Council Headquarters and Training Center at
1769 West Broadway.
WHEREAS, Milton J. Tesar, representing the property owner, has
submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 350 to
comply with the conditions of approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 3273.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with
Conditional Use Permit No. 350 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission
meeting of January 28, 1991.
