Reaolution No. PC74-33 by the Anaheim Planni~ig Cummisaion ta waive permitted
uses to eatablieh outdoor trailer and boat atorag~, and waivor of. roqvirement
that all uae.s be conducted within a building on property located at 1240 Soutli
Walnut Street; and
WHEREAS, Del Heil, presidont of Conestoga Partnere, znc., hae
~ubmitted a letter requesting tarmination of Variance No. 2577 to comply with ~
the condikiona of approval of Conditional URe Permit No. 3258.
NOW, THEREFORR, BE IT RE50LVED that the Anaheim City Planning
